We are currently seeking individuals to fill the following positions:

Executive Chef: This position is responsible for the plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.  Modifying menus or creating new ones that meet quality standards.  Estimating food requirements and food/labor costs and supervising kitchen staff.  Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs, recruit and manage kitchen staff.  Must be able to rectify arising problems or complaints.  Attention to detail in plating and complying with sanitation regulations and safety standards.  Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
